Through its members, Tri-State provides over 10,000 electrification and efficiency rebates and product incentives totally over $3 million annually.
All Tri-State member systems are eligible to participate in the BE&E program and co-ops can design their program offerings to meet specific goals.

Energy Efficient Heat Pump
A heat pump, as part of a central heating and cooling system, is highly energy-efficient because it acts like an air conditioner when it’s hot and a heater when it’s cold outside. Electric Vehicle chargers
- Rebates of up to $500 for Level 2 chargers installed at your home
- Ensure all local and national building and electrical codes are met
LED Lighting
- LED light bulbs, lamps or fixtures 500 lumens or greater
- Medium, GU24 or other fixtures with integrated LEDs
Outdoor power equipment
- Battery and corded electric equipment only
- Minimum purchase price of $50
- Maximum rebate of $300 per member account
