These terms and conditions of use are entered into by and between you and Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (“Tri-State”). The following terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions of Use”), govern your access to and use of Tri-State’s website available at tristategt.org or tristate.coop including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the websites (the “Website”).

Tri-State reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material provided on the Website, in its sole discretion without notice. Applicable law and jurisdiction

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
