On-Bill repayment is a new financing program designed to make home energy upgrades affordable through low-interest financing. Only registered contractors can offer the financing and receive Trade Ally incentives.

Only installs performed for our electric cooperative or public power district members qualify. You will need to submit at least one form per install location. Looking to save your customers money on their equipment? Tri-State and our members offer rebates that can be combined with state and federal rebates.
