Employee Staffed Shared Facilities
Transparency Rule § 358.7 (e)(2)
"A transmission provider must post on its Internet website a complete list of the employee-staffed facilities shared by any of the transmission provider's transmission function employees and marketing function employees. The list must include the types of facilities shared and the addresses of the facilities."
Tri-State has two facilities shared by both Transmission function and Marketing function employees, as follows:

Tri-State’s Back-Up Control Center
The Back-Up Control Center is part of Tri-State’s Critical Energy Infrastructure and the address to that facility is not for public disclosure.
Both facilities are card-key controlled to restrict access to Marketing personnel.
