Chief compliance officer designation

Transparency Rule § 358.8 (c)(2)

"A transmission provider must designate a chief compliance officer who will be responsible for standards of conduct compliance. The transmission provider must post the name of the chief compliance officer and provide his or her contact information on its Internet website."
