Board Meeting Registration

Consumers (Members or Consumers of Tri-State Member Systems) may join Tri-State Board Meetings. To do so, each consumer must complete this form and submit it by noon on the third business day prior to the Board of Directors Meeting the consumer wishes to attend. Credentials will be verified before attendance is granted. Airport-style security requirements are used at Tri-State meeting facilities, including that a valid photo identification is required.
