What web browser should I use?
The IRecruitment system works best with Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer 6-8. Also please disable pop-up blocker for our website.
How do I register and/or apply for a job?

Can I upload a cover letter to my account?
Yes. We encourage cover letters as a way to supply additional information about your work experience. Keep in mind that any document you upload into your account on our IRecruitment system will be visible to every hiring manager of each job you apply for. Therefore, we suggest you keep your cover letter more generic if you plan to apply to multiple positions. Upload your cover letter by logging into IRecruitment and click on "My Applications." Scroll down to the Documents section and click "Add Another Document." You may add up to 10 documents to your profile.
Do I have to register each time I apply online?
You will only need to register for IRecruitment once. After that you can login to the system any time you wish to view or apply for jobs, or make updates to your application.
I can't remember what email I used to register. How do I find out?
On the login page there is a "reset password" link. If you have registered for IRecruitment with that email address previously, you will receive a password reset link (remember to check your spam and junk mail folders). If you haven't applied with that email address, you will receive the message, "Your email address does not match our records."
I forgot my password, what do I do?
When at the login page, click "did you forget your password" link. Your password will be reset within one business day. Directions to reset your password will be emailed to the address you used to register. Please remember to check your email spam/junk mail folders.
I forgot my username, what is it?
Your username is the email address you used to register for IRecruitment.
Can I save my application before completing it?
To save information you have entered, you must advance to the "Review" stage of the application process and select, "Finish." You may do so without completing all of the fields of the application (the information you did enter will be saved) however, your application package will be "applied" to the position without all of the necessary information needed to evaluate your credentials fully. In order to be fully considered for a vacancy, make sure you return to IRecruitment and fully complete your application package (by using the "My Account" link from the homepage).
How long does it take to fill out the application?
All depends on how much information you have to enter. On average, our applications take about 20 to 45 minutes.

Tracking your application
What is the status of my application?
Review the status of your applications in your iRecruitment account. Login and view your homepage under the header "Jobs Applied For". You may need to click Full List if you have applied for several jobs. You are still an active applicant until the position you applied for has been closed. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to verify the status of individual applications.
I've uploaded a new resume or made changes to my application. When will you be able to see it?
IRecruitment is a real-time system, which means that we will see all of your current application information whenever you make changes.
Once I've submitted my application or resume, when will you contact me?
Due to the large number of applications we receive, we will only contact applicants who are selected for an interview. Please wait a few weeks to see if you are contacted for an interview.
How do I know if the job is still open?
We list all open jobs on our Careers page until they are filled. When they are no longer visible or have a status of closed in your "Jobs Applied For" tab, we have filled the position. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we will only contact applicants who have been selected to interview.
Troubleshooting
Why do I see an error message when I click the web browser back button?
Your web browser forward and back buttons do not work within IRecruitment. Please use the forward and back buttons within the application, or you will get an error message requiring you to log out and log back in to access your application.
I'm getting the error message, "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN SET UP PROPERLY."
Users trying to access their accounts with non-supported web browsers may receive this error. Please use either Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer 6-8.
I'm getting a Java error when I try to login. What do I do?
If you get this error, please log out and log back in. This should fix the problem.
