Meeting date and time: August 6, 2013; 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Location: Tri-State Headquarters, 1100 W. 116th Avenue, Westminster, Colorado 80234

Objectives: The third meeting will provide a summary of newly available information that may be relevant to Tri-State's ongoing transmission planning activities.  This information may include a summary of Tri-State's proposed capital transmission projects being considered by Tri-State's Board of Directors as well as updates related to projects under development.  The meeting will provide an update regarding Tri-State's input to the CCPG's CLRTPG.  Finally, the meeting will again address the ongoing stakeholder input and feedback process concerning alternatives.

Notice: Tri-State’s August 6, 2013, stakeholder outreach meeting included a demonstration of the formal process for submission of stakeholder-proposed alternatives for consideration in connection with Tri-State’s Ten-Year Transmission Plan. To ensure sufficient time for the evaluation and consideration of stakeholder-proposed alternatives in connection with the Ten-Year Transmission Plan to be submitted on February 1, 2014, proposed alternatives must be received by Tri-State or CCPG by no later than September 16, 2013. CCPG and Tri-State will make reasonable efforts to evaluate and consider proposed alternatives submitted after that date; however, to the extent that such late-submitted alternatives cannot be timely considered, they will be considered as part of CCPG’s and Tri-State’s ongoing transmission planning efforts and as part of Tri-State’s subsequent Ten-Year Transmission Plan process.
