2025 Advertising and Matching Reimbursement Claim Form
Touchstone Branding Matching Reimbursements:
Each Touchstone Energy Member will be reimbursed for 50% the cost of any branding featuring the Touchstone Energy logo, up to the full amount of their Touchstone Energy dues. This includes, for example: print ads, radio ads, tv ads, digital ads, sponsorships, apparel, give-a-ways, signage, etc. This reimbursement is available to all Touchstone Energy Members that are Class C Members of Basin.
Example: If the full amount of your TSE dues are $5,000: You are billed $2,500 for your yearly TSE dues, while Tri-State billed for the remaining $2,500. By co-branding with TSE, you are eligible for a rebate of up to $5,000 if you spent up to $10,000 on branding. If you spent less than $10,000, the total amount is times a rate of 50%. If you spent more than $10,000, your maximum reimbursement is capped at $5,000.
Tri-State Energy Efficiency & Electrification Matching Reimbursements:
Each member will be reimbursed for the cost of any marketing/advertising efforts featuring energy efficiency and electrification, up to 50% of the cost not to exceed $4,000.
Basin Energy Efficiency Matching Reimbursements:
Each member will be reimbursed for the cost of any marketing/advertising efforts featuring energy efficiency, up to 50% of the cost not to exceed $2,000.
General Information and FAQ:
- Submissions are due by Friday, February 6, 2026.
- Members will receive an email regarding their reimbursement totals prior to check disbursement.
- Reimbursements will be received in one lumpsum.
- Reimbursement checks will be processed and distributed within 45 days of the following Friday of original submission.
- If the member would like the marketing reimbursement before the end of 2025, claims must be received by December 1, 2025.
