Attend a Board Meeting

News Media Registration

News media who wish to attend a Tri-State Board of Directors Meeting must complete this form and submit it by noon on the third business day prior to the Board of Directors Meeting. Press credentials will be verified before attendance is granted. Airport-style security requirements are used at Tri-State meeting facilities, including that a valid photo identification is required.

News Media are Journalists who officially represent or freelance journalists who regularly file content for a newspaper or regularly published periodical, a news service, radio station, television station or network, or whose credentials are recognized as a journalist by a press or broadcast association.

Attendees are prohibited from recording Meetings in any fashion (audio or otherwise) and from creating transcripts of the Meetings. Attendees are welcome to take notes.
